    Bud if it were that easy every coach would win 70% of their games.

    Not saying CEO will be terrible but IMO he will be around 8-4 coach every year.

    That very well may be the case, we have already (in less than a season with an OC that didn't want to be an OC) seen a vast improvement to the gameplan. I say let it play out. Hanging on to the nostalgia of LEM and his 3 yards and a cloud of dust will only leave you heartbroken and sad. Move on and enjoy the future.
