I don't think he should have been suspended for a whole year in the first place, you can't punch people, but that Boise St. punk deserved it.
how many chances does this idiot get? (Problem last year, problem in preseason and the fight) Also remember, it was not just the Boise State guy he punched. He punched 2 of his own players, got in a pushing match with the cops and went after several fans.
Now they are saying the earliest Kelly will reinstate him is the game FOLLOWING USC. I wonder if that's to temper the shytstorm that may ensue.
for talking sh!t? if that was the case, there would be punches thrown on every play of every football game ever played. did his team mates that tried to hold him back deserve it? did the team officials and cops that restrained from doing something even more stupid (geaux into the stands ala Ron Artest) deserve it? did the fans taunting him (like every other college football fan in the country does) deserve what he tried to give them? Oregon's president should have kicked him out of school. There is absolutely no excuse for his behavior at the end of that game. NONE. He should never play college ball again.
