I agree with you kluke...imo the importance of the game has def. increased in magnitude as we need to find that identity, conference play has and always will be the games that matter most. I am just ready for the season...I am more and more getting a feeling we are going to hurt Oregon to the tune of what we did to Miami and GT when the media was down on us a few years back. Were going to beat the hell out of the ducks like we did virginia tech a couple years ago. We may not blow out ou but our players are going to put the hurt on their players. We may have lost jj and shep but they lost most of their offensive and defensive lines. Our defensive line and blitzing backs are going to play havoc on their unproven offensive line. Last year au's defense was too much for a much more experienced ou front. Our pass rush will make it very hard for ou to move the ball through the air. Our offensive line is going to give lee much more time to throw then he had in 08 or last year even. Our o line is the strength of this offense. Our tailbacks are going to run through large holes made by this stellar o line and ou's defensive backs will pay a hell of a price when they make the tackle. Were going to run for 200 yards just like last years cotton bowl.
