Open Date, Good or Bad?

    Normally, I'd say good, but the improvements we've seen the last two weeks and the momentum we've got going , I'm not sure this is the best time for a break. Of course we don't have a choice.

    I think it's good, still a lot of things for the many youngsters to work on. Plus the SEC can really grind players down. It's a good time to rest and heal for the home stretch IMO.

    No way it's at a bad time. First these kids have played nine straight weeks and even though they're young it's good to get some time to heal. Second, this last win was emotionally draining and the week off will give them time to process it and get back up for Bama.

    You need a week off before attempting to duplicate that feat.

    First off Bama has a week off. So they have extra time to prepare and heal up. I'd say having that extra week to heal, plus add a few wrinkles to the O. Hopefully have AJ better prepared to pass more efficiently. As mentioned the Ole Miss game was very emotional.

    The week off is a good thing.
