I don’t think he’s necessarily lying, but at some point the staff just wanted that game done. I don’t know if it was halftime (really hope it wasn’t), but we eventually shut it down. SLU’s plan was to shorten the game by running clock; unfortunately our D allowed it. Like everyone is saying, we should look better vs AU. The rash of suspensions is concerning to me.
