Like you, I was raised around a bunch of Cajuns who spoke a lot of French. I also didn't understand what they were saying. As long as they continued to serve me Cajun food I was a happy camper.

Definitely going to be tough sledding. I don’t think this LSU team is ready yet to just lineup and beat them. Although we’re not exactly sure how ready they are either. I like us in an ugly game if it goes that way.

I think for us to win this game, it has to get scrappy and some balls need to bounce our way. We will need to force some turnovers and get some chunk plays on offense. Time for a WR to become Jeauxs geaux to guy.

All in all that’s a tall order.

Stidham was 6-11 vs Alabama St this weekend. Granted he only played a half of football. Though, we only did as well on offense:

If LSU wants a nice bowl game and a chance at a special season it all starts whith this Auburn game. I don't expect us to go undefeated I was thinking 9-3 but this game is one that needs to be a W.

I think Auburn and LSU are similar teams with mutual issues.

    OLINE questions
    Good Defenses

It will come down to which offense can make the most plays.

I hope Ensminger has a better gameplan for Auburn because we will get beat bad if he brings the one from last week.

I don't know if he understands what plays work in a team stacking the box to stop the run. You don't throw the bomb or pass plays that take a long time to develop How about quick passes to our TE Theres a notion.

Both teams have some questions on the offensive line, but Auburn has been far more productive on offense than LSU. Plus the game's being played at Jordan Hare.

Honestly, unless Auburn turns the ball over a few times, I just think they are further along than we are and we almost never win at Jordan Hare. This doesn't strike me as the LSU team that's gonna go on the road and break that.

I think it's close for a half, maybe even 3 quarters, then LSUs defense wears out from being on the field the entire game....

Boy, I remember that game of misery. Guido does describe something similar. I sure hope that doesn’t pan out.
