Les is on a mission from BO. I saw a thread asking me what I'd say to the team if Les was unavailable just before the game.

Close your eyes right at the beginning and I think Les did the voice over. Yeah yeah... its Michigan.. but this guy is a HUGE reason why OUR coach is so good at building OUR team.

Hmmm... See my post was attempting to draw a correlation between our current head coach and someone who is considered by most sources one of the most successful college football coaches of all time and a stand up guy by most accounts. Les has very much acknowledged the amount of influence that Schembechler has had and still has on his life.
When I saw this video today I thought it very similar in tone and theme to the "Play for Victory Video" that has made the rounds here. I also thought.. It's Wednesday night as the tension mounts before the game with 'bama. Everything is just being rehashed and reanalyzed ad nauseum. I was trying to insert a little "Motivational Filler" to pass the time.

Obviously "Lsutiga" you didn't appreciate my post unto the point of
