Ole Miss lead 24-3 at the half. Tulane has scored 10 unanswered in the 2nd and has dominated offensively and time of possession. Green Wave have shot themselves in the foot with a couple of turnovers, but so have the Rebels. I like the Tulane RB Orleans Darkwa (for the All-Name team)
i know im *supposed* to be for the sec team. but i would love to see tulane win. i could get away with murder this week!:hihi:
Good Lord, Ole Miss is undisciplined. Up 27-13, trying to burn the clock down, they had to call timeout AFTER A PLAY STOPPAGE because they didn't have enough guys on the field. They've kept Tulane in this game with turnovers, busted plays, penalties, late hits, just boneheaded play. Masoli doesn't play, they probably don't win this game (thanks, gutless NCAA) They really aren't that impressive offensively. Take away the deep ball on Masoli's flat scrambling by staying tight in the deep third, and they can't move the football. Big plays have killed Tulane all night. I would hope that wouldn't happen with our secondary. Defensively, they just suck. Tulane is not that good, they run a very vanilla pro-style offense and their quarterback is garbage. Yet Tulane marched up and down the field all 2nd half, just couldn't put it in the endzone because the strength of the Ole Miss D is their tackles and the Tulane O-line can't push 'em very far on inside running. They can't get pass rush without blitzing (at least they didn't play prevent D, Nutt knows that much) We MUST beat these guys this year. Put a spy on Masoli, don't give up the deep ball, protect the QB and get it to Shepard and Randle and we'll be fine.
Or the next.......... Or the next.......... Or the next.......... PS....what was it Cparso said....something about it being kept close for some reason? PSS ...CS...post a porno picture or something.....I'm starting to wonder about the PICKLE responses..........
