    Yikes, so much negativity! This reminds me of the threads last year of all the doubters about Flynn being able to replace JR with his weaker arm and lack of playing time. It's a team game. The fun of it is watching all the new starters grow together as a team. We are loaded with talent and the coaching staff now has 3 years under it's belt. Will we win another NC? Probably not. Will we be in the hunt for another SEC title and possible NC? Yes. Let's focus on the positive of watching this team mature into a another winning team for LSU. Most other programs would line up for our talent and challenges. :geauxtige

    Re: RP's suspension

    RP missed several of the first of days of classes this semester, and first team meetings during that time period. All BEFORE death of biological father.

    RP was likely suspended back then, but with rumors LSU let the word out. Word from school tutors is RP could be back for spring practice as long as things settle down, with no new problems.

    IMHO, it was supposed to be a private internal "mini-suspension" to get RP to re-focus on school and team.

    i hope you hit a sportsbook in the beginning of '05 no limit!!!


    there are a lot of pretty scary things on this thread from almost 3 years ago. no one said "i hope the biggest natural disaster in this country's history doesn't befall la. and the gulf coast in late august". and for that, i blame you all :yelwink2:.
