#1 Pellini's defensive scheme - it meeds to be agressive and the DB's need to play pro-style coverage. If he can check his ego and bring his skills whiel retaining a large part of the Saban defensive style, we will all be mucho happy

# 2 QB decision making - I personally do not think we need a great QB to have a great team. It is all about getting a good decision maker on the field who can handle pressure without putting on defense on the field with their backs to the wall more than 1-2 times per game...1-2 mistakes are gonna happen..4-5 are typically unrecoverable.

#3 Prima-donna syndrome management - Will it create disharmony behind the scenes and can Miles manage it when it occurs..He has never managed (as a head coach) such talent & a couple of "I'm ready for all-pro already" types before in College the way he will aty LSU - and he will be on learning curve

My worry is that Miles will try to run a One Running back offense.. Broussard, Addai, Vincent.. whatever.. if he tries to make a premier back instead of sharing the load, I think that would be a major mistake.. Start Broussard and (if he straightens his sh*t out) Vincent, bring in Addai on 3rd down, and Carey (he did get an extra year right?) in every now and then.. i like watching carey run, i hope he gets some playing time this year.

The sky is not falling. This thread has nothing directly to do with any one aspect of the football program, whether that be the loss of saban and the hiring of miles, or anything else you are talking about.

Every year fans of every team have worries about their team. Its OK!

1. QB play. Knowing the offense and making the right checks at the line, right reads when the play starts, and correct execution as the play develops. Nobody around today has shown this on a consistent basis. With another year under their belts, hopefully they will develop this.

2. Offensive line. We were sloppy in spots through the first 6 games, came on at the end.

3. Pellini defense. I don't know what that is. I hope its good.

I am only worried about one thing.

Our QB situation.

I think our defensive will be just fine. Our RB's will be great and our WR's are going to step up.

But can Russell become much better from last year? Can he sit in the film room constantly unlike last year?

Offensive line.

I'm worried the absence of Ben Wilkerson's consistency at center, something we've taken for granted the last four years, will become painfully obvious at some point in the season.

I also know that somebody is gonna have to step up on that line and fill a huge hole at some point, and that nobody's gonna be ready to do it.

A big reason we were champions in 2003 was because our O-line that year was the most dominant in the history of the program. We get back to that level, and watch out. But last year's unit was kind of average, unfortunately.

I'm worried about whether Les Miles can adequately follow Nick Saban. Not
necessarily this season, but in the seasons to come.

Iam not too sure Miles knows what he is getting in to Death Valley is not Stillwater. I just hope is is ready for a long long good ride:geauxtige

Just the all the changes in general. New HC, Pellini coming in. LSU has so much talent that it should be a good year but getting everyone on the same page takes a bit of time. Not worried about qb position--too many good ones--but defense will may drop off a little.
