Usually I'm not a pessimistic fan. But after watching LSU vs. Arkansas and Georgia, and factoring in a few other things, I predict the Tigers are going to get trounced by the Canes on Dec. 30.

    Why?

Les is already signaling Jamarcus won't play. Heck, he's even talking about possibly playing Shyrone Carey or Ronnie Prude at QB! :p

Not having our starting QB would be a good excuse for the coaching staff to use when we lose. I can see The Advocate now: "Just wish we could've had Jamarcus in there. Would've been a different game," said a frustrated Miles after the 38-6 destruction at the hands of the Canes. "Sure, Ronnie Prude did a heck of a job after Matt Flynn and Skyler Green went down. I mean, altogether they only threw seven interceptions. We'll be back playing Tiger football next year. We're very capable."

Really, most of the 21 Tiger seniors are already eyeing the NFL draft. And it has been a LOOOOOONG season. I'm hoping they get up for the game. But I'm predicting otherwise. :helmet:

:hihi: Some people should just walk away. Turn in their purple shirts at the front counter. Maybe take up crocheting or chess.

We won't get "killed" by Miami like you are predicting... we may lose, but Miami can't score more than 20 pts...

    We will be fine

I say we destroy them. Miami sure doesn't want to be in the Peach Bowl (well, I guess we don't either). They will have almost zero fan support. They don't even travel well to their own home games, and they sure won't be showing up in Atlanta. Besides that they are a decent team in a pretty bad conference. I say we beat them by at least 10 points with or without Jamarcus! :geauxtige

LSU will come out on top in what will be known as the most epic Peach Bowl in history. So, epic that the BCS will make it an official BCS bowl game, replacing the Fiesta Bowl. Also, USC will no longer exsist.

No Way! Have you ever seen Miami's Defense? We will be lucky to score points the way our offense is playing. I will be in Atlanta supporting this team but I'm not to confident on LSU scoring many points on Miami's D.

but at the same time, if we can get a 10-0 lead, that is a commanding lead on their offense :hihi:
