Re: Les to Michigan already underway??

I was here in the dark times so no need for the wayback machine. Do you think Florida thinks about their history when they fired Zook? I'm not saying Miles needs to be fired but I think Florida ended up in a much better situation with Meyer than Zook.

And I remember the dark times of LSU football and I don't want to go back either. That's why, IMO, the Michigan job is a great opportunity for Miles and LSU has a a great opportunity to go get a great coach.

Works out for everybody in the end.

one small problem with that ...... Sexton isn't involved. The only items remaining is the contingent approval of the salary increases CTT requested for his staff and the board approval of the capex items for the facilities he requested. (110 yard indoor facility)

I tried to assure y'all that Tubs-to-TAMU was pure media-fueled speculation designed to aid the Bama machine ..... just like I'm trying to assure you now that Tubs will be remaining at AU for '08. :thumb:

The only conceivable positive side to the rumor about the return of he whose name shall not appear is the absolute and utter desolation heaped on top of the current meltdown at the school whose name shall not appear.

    Re: SABAN

Please explain to me how he cheated on LSU? He went to the NFL first not Bama. What do you want to do if you've accomplished everything in college? 2 SEC championships and 1 National Championship! You want to go to the next level and that means the NFL as a head coach. Some of you people just don't get it. He did not leave LSU for another school. He left for a HC job in the NFL.

How do you think he (whose name shall not appear) would handle the departure? Middle of the night? Press conference? Post card?

I bet if your wife/girlfriend left you for another woman, then dropped her and started banging your worst enemy, then came back, you wouldn't hold it against her?

    Thats bullchit
