Re: Les to Michigan already underway??

I'm just trying to give ol Tubs a break and let him stick it to Auburn like I know he wants to. You noticed I mentioned Tubby after we had been turned down by every reasonable coach in the world. :)

I don't care if he wins 5 back to back nat'l titles... i completely dislike Tubs and everything he does... is wrong, dumb, and moronic. Hell the last 3 times we played his team he need to refs to beat us in his house. Tubs coming here would be a terrible terrible idea.

Look at our offense this year. It's one of the best we have ever had inspite of CLM's meddling, erractic qb play, injuries and tons of dropped passes. GC knows his ****!

I realize that, but we aren't gonna make him head coach... and if we bring in Spurrier, he sure as hell isn't gonna have Crowton second guessing his playing calling. If Les leaves... Crowton will likely be gone too.

:miles: Why would we want an OC (Applewhite) whose offense can't score but 12 points on Miss. State and 14 on ULM? Could it be there's something wrong with that picture? He didn't light up FSU or Auburn either.

    Give me:

    HC: Del Rio
    OC: Gary Crowton
    DC: Jon Tenuta

    I will be plenty happy

How many points did his offense score on us?

Some of you are so damn dense... Spurrier calls his offense... he is the real OC, he take suggestions from his OC. If we brought someone young in, it would be to learn from Spurrier. Not to call the f king plays...

Terry Robiskie is the man, 53 years old and 25 years as an NFL assistant, and he's an LSU guy. His son, Brian, is the leading Ohio St receiver. Brian is a junior and going pro or staying in college could be a factor.

I like Spurrier too. Butch Davis isn't leaving UNC after one season, and I wouldn't want him if he did.

I think getting rich rodriguez away from west va. is a pipe dream. come on, he is at his "dream" job. he is king and can be king of the big east as long as he wants to be. i do not really see any other team in the big east having great teams that challeng wva year in and year out. louisville? cincinnatti? usf? rutgers? none of those teams has staying power. ridriguez is right where he is going to stay. oh, by the way, he is only one game away from playing for a nc. i don't know who we will get, if anyone, but it wont be rr.

what happens if um takes someone else, all of a sudden and miles stays? what happens if miles stays and says he turned down all calls from michigan from the get go and he was truthful that he loves coaching at lsu and wants to be here a long time? are we happy with him staying, or are we (the fans) ready to let go of a coach who has 3 10 win seasons in a row? i guess, i am asking, "are we happy if he decides to stay ad turns down michigan?"

We need a defensive guy in here. I hope we do not have go though another year of learning a new offense.

JD is a good choice, look at the way his teams play, he gets the most out of them. I personally think he's got what it takes.
