no worries, Steve Spurrier will be avaliable...as will Butch Davis...any coach that passes on the LSU job, isnt very smart.

Meyer was never coming to LSU.....he had offers from Notre Dame and Florida. It was between those 2. We possibly could have had Spurrier though.

For my money, Miles needs to go to wherever he wants and the plane needs to go get Jack Del Rio and end this Miles-Pelini BS. One snag in my theory: Michigan isn't gonna hire Miles dang-it.

I will feel really, really bad for you if you are wrong. :hihi:

Wait, do we really want a coach that averages over three losses a year and bounces around this much? Who says he wont take another job? :hihi:

Wrong about what? That only says whether or not he's leaving is already decided. All I've ever said was that IF Michigan offered, he'd leave and that this other guy would be our coach. I wouldn't mind being wrong though, it's something I really, probably need to experience more.

Seriously, if I was wrong about the one I said, the ones I like to pick on can have a field day and roast me. You can even start the thread. Maybe we can start a thread on what the Tiga roast thread will be called.

I feel like Miles would've already bolted if he was going to go, and we'd hear much more of this Pelini-esque interviewing, instead of concentrating on LSU, kind of nonsense.

But I could also be wrong...though I'm usually not, either...

The OBC is not going ANYWHERE, unless someone else can assure him his lifetime membership at Agusta will remain in tact. You can stop with the spurrier name dropping. It's the only reason he is at USC he isn't going to leave.

Or announced that he was definitely staying?? See how it fits together nicely?

Now, he couldn't have bolted cause the offer hasn't been made; however, he could take a stand and say, "I'm staying at LSU, that's all to it". Stoops did in regards to his job- even said, "And any jobs that open up later". Course, Saban said summa dat too, some might not believe Miles if he did. :hihi:

Best game day coach imo. His recognition, adjustments, he's a winner- always was dating back to his playing days. He even got a Heisman and that was while playing at an SEC school.

Funny how nootch said KF was in the running for UM job and he's 58 I think (Doesn't sound right though), but SS at 62 is "Over the hill" in some LSU fans' eyes.

Oh, and we both like visors.

    EDIT checked- Ferentz is 52.
