    That was a long time ago. He’s met a lot of people since then. There is also more prestige where he is now compared to where he was. We made a pretty good bowl and view it as a rebuild; national pundits seem to agree.

    I’ll never understand coaching. Grimes gets fired after what was clearly his best season to make room for another O buddy.

    He took an OC position, not to mention the struggles we had early and all the defections. Offensive line contributed to our losses this year in a big way.

    That deal with Grimes and Cregg obviously had to have been done a while ago on private. That's the way Aleva should have handled the head coach hire...but he didn't. No plan A. No plan B.
