If for some reason CLM takes off to Michigan or god forbid something happens and all the wheels fall off do we go after Bo Pelini? I love the way he coaches and he like Saban loves Defense. Now don’t start bashing me and talking about my mom or screaming at people to ban me for this. I like Les Miles and I hope he continues to bring LSU much success and stays around for a long time. But what do you think Bo Pelini? :milesmic::milesmic::milesmic::milesmic::milesmic::milesmic::milesmic:
no way. i hate to even entertain the thought of somehow egging this thread on, but when LSU goes shopping for another coach, i'm sure it's a pretty safe bet that it'll be someone under the radar. but for a high-profile replacement, what about tubberville? i honestly wouldn't mind that. and i can say that because it's not gonna happen.
I could see, when LSU goes coach shopping in the future, the replacement already being there. As in an in house promotion. Like it or not the set up is possible.
well... chavis may be ready for a HC gig, i guess. crowton would NOT be the right fit, IMO. just think of the possibilities. LSU would be like another florida. the offense would be INSANE. LSU guys will always play DEFENSE over offense. that's just how it'll always be, unfortunately. not that i wouldn't LOVE seeing LSU as an offense juggernaut. and yeah, tubberville. it's no secret the dude is a closet Tigers fan. would probably *ahem* houston nutt all over himself at the opportunity. speaking of SEC has-beens... what about phat-phil or spurrier? and our beloved member-of-the-month has the right idea with lou holtz. well hell, let's bring back cholie mac or, hell, why not dale brown? or for that matter, why not skip? opcorn: seriously though guys, it's damn-near midnight and look who started this thread
damn, am i the only one who tried to play that picture as a video? :hihi: it's past my bed time... i'm getting senile just like that old fart.
