****, I have to go to court tomorrow. I already got one continuance, and didn't want to drag this MFer out any longer. I am not really expecting a good outcome, so I am going to use the game to get my head on straight after I deal with the bullsh*t of the day. :hihi:

You are SO not kidding. I'm dreading tomorrow at work, but I requested the 8th off a month ago, so I won't be in on Tuesday. I plan to kick back with a co-worker, Texas grad friend of mine, have a few drinks and appetizers, and relish the Tigers' victory over Ohio State.

 

Party starts with Nashville Alums at 5 - I'll be there at 3. God I hope we win before the last play of the game!!!! :geaux:

 

Just returned from the quarter. What a long day. I can't believe that the championship is already here. My God. It's going to be a great day tomorrow. I must say that Ohio State travels very well and, for the most part, everyone has been very nice.

 

I'm off to bed, I won't be back here till Tuesday morning. It's like Christmas, isn't it?

Everyone talks about how tOSU has extra motivation, etc., but I feel that LSU has just as much if not more.

1) LSU is not the #1 team in the nation and wants to prove they belong in the game.
2) Les Miles stayed at LSU instead of leaving for his dream job in Ann Arbor.
3) In general, the media discounts LSU every chance they get when they are now fawning all over tOSU again.
4) LSU is playing in front of a home crowd with less downtime between games.
5) Glenn Dorsey, Matt Flynn, Jacob Hester, and Early Doucet should all be back to full tiger strength.
6) As a Michigan man, Miles hates tOSU and this is his one shot of fulfulling every Michigan man's lifelong dream and win a MNC at the same time.


Maybe I'm just trying to make myself feel better, but this is how I feel. This team is destined to and deserves to win that crystal ball tomorrow night. I know tOSU is good and will present a challenge, but I believe my Tigers pull it out and will be kneeling in the 4th quarter.

I'm excited and can't wait to join the Tiger faithful in the French Quarter after the game!

 

School is going to be hell tomorrow in Bama land... No one is going to understand why I am so excited to be back on the first day after break... haha
