Most importantly is the quality of loss is going down the drain. OU was praying Tech could run the table and be in the top 15 by year's end. Tech has such a tough schedule they may be .500 by then. Yikes.
Yeah, this is what I was talking about last week. Okla. stays in the top 10 with a loss to an opponent who was unranked at the time they played, and beat them at Okla. Wisconsin lost to a ranked opponent, MSU, away, and on a last second play, and they fall harder. Now, Wisconsin has lost again, so they are done, but Okla. gets way too much pub, IMO, and it influences perceptions and thus ranking.
