I despise OJ. However, I think you'll find that Ms. Prody fell down as a result of being severely intoxicated. She has a long time problem with drug and alcohol abuse.

Without the results of a bat, or direct comments from police, I don't know how it could be ruled out but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Well OJ wasn't there and he didn't push her so it makes you wonder how a person could "fall" at a gas station to that extent. I'm a total klutz so I could see myself tripping but it's a natural reaction to put your hands out or somehow break the fall. If she hit her head that hard, nothing broke her fall. I suppose it might come back that OJ WAS there and pushed her down but threatened all the witnesses with a gun OR he hit her earlier and the injury occurred before she got to the gas station OR it might turn out that she was effed up. Course, being OJ's girlfriend, I can understand why she might want to be in that state of mind.
