Video-game publisher Take-Two Interactive (TTWO - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr - Rating) has done it again.

The company, which has come under fire in the past for offensive content in its games, is now testing the taste barrier with its latest sports video game, All-Pro Football 2K8, which features O.J. Simpson, unquestionably America's most infamous athlete.

A customized video clip on the Game Trailers Web site shows Simpson game highlights as his team, "The Assassins," moves down the field. Toward the end of the clip, Simpson scores a touchdown, prompting a large hooded mascot (above) above the scoreboard to make stabbing motions with a large knife.

A Los Angeles court is making O.J. Simpson pay up for being part of Take-Two Interactive's (TTWO - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr - Rating) latest football video game.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court has ordered Simpson to turn over any royalties and licensing fees earned from the use of his likeness in Take-Two's All Pro Football 2K8 to the estate of murder victim Ron Goldman, according to a report from Reuters.

no, but this feature alone may propel it above the EA titles in my book.

Other than Bo, OJ is the prototypical video game RB.
