You need to change it to "USC finishes 2nd". It sounds a bit amateurish to say "USC wins 2nd place". Also, not sure if Pete Rose will confess "again". Otherwise it looks great. I would replace the top with "Will USC be put on probation for Reggie Bush fiasco?"
I think it looks great, Primo. Your next one should say something about USC being on probation or something about the USC games getting pulled from national TV or something. Good job, Primo!
