To be honest, in that case, I think PSU should go. Especially since PSU has played better teams, and is 2-0 in common opponents with USC, who is 1-1.

I'm a firm believer that conference champions should be in the BCSNCG. NU should not have been there in 2001, OU should not have been there in 2003. UGA should not (and rightfully so, weren't) there last year. We saw what happened to the last two Big XII teams that went despite not winning their conference/division.

I think Utah is better than USC. And UT is beatable. If I had to say which two teams were the most impressive and near impossible to beat i'd say OU and Florida.

Yeah but PSU went down to a very mediocre Iowa who beat a conference winless Iowa St. This is the major reasons I hate the Big 10 and Pac 10... even though someone in each usually slip up... these conferences really hold no competition and are built to send one of their teams to the NC every season.

Hadn't seen Utah play. On OU and Florida I surely wouldn't argue that but couldn't if Colt McCoy was put in either one of those slots either. USC would be the least likely to win against those other three in my view.

Thats outstanding news. The only problem I foresee IF Florida wins the title game with their one loss and USC wins their bowl game (1 loss) then don't be shocked if Pete Carrol is politicking for an AP title. Can't beat them on the field beat them in the voting booth.

Utah beat 3 top 20 teams this year. BYU, TCU and Oregon State. BYU and TCU were in the top 15 at the time they played them.

I think they should be ahead of USC in the BCS.

Iowa was 8-4 just like the team Florida slipped up on. They happen in all conferences.

Irony of it all is that the number one team in the nation, undefeated, will be an underdog to the team that "slipped up". Go figure.

LOL, That's that 99th ranked offense that's handicapping them. They can't handle Florida on either side of the ball. Bama just got lucky and fell into the #1 spot based on the other top teams failures topped with a remaining schedule of struggling teams even though they almost lost a couple.

Penn State has been impressive all year long, except for the tOSU and Iowa games. And unfortunately one of them was able to give you your only loss.

tOSU has devalued your conference, unfortunately. Perception is the Big 12 >>> Big 10.
