It was great meeting the people that did make it. I enjoyed myself. I think I left those two styrofoam coolers. Doh! I had every intention of coming back to get those. Sorry about that.

It was great meeting you and your friend, mobiletiger. I wish more posters would have been able to make it so I could have met them as well. It's more than associating a face with a name...it's more like meeting an old friend for the first time.

Thanks team Katt for indulging me and my son, "Macscookin" ...Like most 13 year olds, he was wishing he was with his friends that he was texting constantly. He told me he had a good time. We left, went home and watched the game together. Crip, you'll be glad to know he was asking me a lot of questions about why Jefferson was ineffective at QB; the next day I told him what your thoughts were (no huddle) and he said "That makes sense".:hihi:.

 

Yeah, it was great to meet you, too. Unfortunately, we did not make it in. We were hanging around the southwest gates, but there were TONS of people looking for tickets. We ended up watching it at Fred's.

I'll definitely make it back for another visit, soon. Hopefully this time with tickets in hand. :thumb:

I've got to vouch for big Wee's jambalaya...Very good. Most people don't realize how hard it is to cook that superbly when you're partying and drinking. It's difficult to pay attention to detail under those conditions and Wee did a great job. :thumb:.

I tried to stop by for the Tulane game but I couldn't find yall. Do you have a sign or something?

 

tulane was the one game in years team katt has not been on the parade grounds. the trailer with everything in it could not make it out of bosier because of the flooding. at the last minute that tailgate was cancelled.

we were out there last weekend, and will be there for arky. hope you can stop by for our last tailgate.
