Tanner Lee is a Jesuit kid. Pretty accurate pocket passer. He had zero blocking for Tulane though, and so I'm not sure where his confidence is at this point. Curtis Johnson really went all in on Tanner, but couldn't surround him with a great group especially in terms of protection offensively. He's operated a very complex offense as CJ was using a similar version to the Sean Payton Saints offense. That's a reason Payton and the Saints picked up former Tulane QB Ryan Griffin initially -- familiarity with the offense.
Giles cancels his OV to ole missy. https://www.seccountry.com/louisiana-state/4-star-dt-cancels-official-visit-to-ole-miss
This is pretty cool. You BR locals, I'm sure, are already aware of this. http://www.nola.com/lsu/index.ssf/2016/01/lsu_billboards_national_signin.html#incart_river_home
247 has shifted a bit on Giles. He was an LSU lean, but it's pretty much neck and neck between LSU and UT now.
Not sure if shift is a strong enough word. 6 straight votes now for Texas, all this week. That's a convincing pattern to me.
I looked and saw nothing of his future when I posted. That's really unfortunate. I think he could have been a great addition here. Disappointing news. We need QBs by volume at this point.
