    LSU 31 - UNC 24
Distractions deter the dream for UNC.

    LSU 28 - Vandy 0
    They're much better. C'mon.

    LSU 21 - MSU 10
I think MSU starts off hot, goes up 10 nothing but the Tigers score 21 unanswered.

    LSU 24 - WVU 27
Speedy offense and underrated defense absolutely shock the Tigers. Bill Stewart doesn't realize they won until three days later.

    LSU 10 - UT 7
Tennessee has it's sights on a good SEC win but falls short as the Tigers overcome.

    LSU 17 - UF 21
A relatively low scoring game. The Tigers were the better team, however, the 12th man proves to be a factor.

    LSU 49 - McNeese 3
The Tigers take out it's frustrations form the previous week on a completely unprepared opponent.

    LSU 24 - Auburn 14
They defy history and put a relatively weak Auburn out of it's misery.

    LSU 28 - Bama 31
Bama steals one in a heart breaker from the Tigers.

    LSU 41 - ULM 0
Again, frustrations from the previous week leave the opponent absolutely baffled and confused as to what happened.

    LSU 24 - Ole Miss 21
LSU rolls onward, dismantling Ole Miss.

    LSU 38 - Ark 35
A last second field goal wraps it up for the Tigers in a tough conference game.

    Prediction 9-3

I would just like to know what makes Aub / Ark a much improved team?

How is Ark's D gonna be any better? What will prevent Aub from the beat down we gave them last year?

I agree, I mean, it is the SEC and I know any team can come to the game and lay a good one on us, but Aub/ Ark still has Major? across their team. Ark is prob the most ? of all with how BAD their D was last year and Aub wasn't much better.

I know as bad as LSU's O was we have no room to talk, but our D has shown nothing that would suggest that they would regress and to improve on only allowing 16 points a game could spell at top 5 D. Obviously, we have key areas they need to improve, but I am sure they will. Enough with the 3rd and Chaivs crap b/c he didn't have the talent pool he has now and even then, he posted top 5 D's every few years.

As far as our Oline, I was under the impression that it was more of the blocking scheme they were running. I am more familiar with D as that was all I ever played so maybe someone could share further insight on it, but if never seemed that we lacked talent on O, just it was more a problem with MASS CONFUSION>>>>

    We will see though.
