Personally, I don't think Oeaux is better than Jimbo. I wanted Jimbo or Herman. Since Oeaux is what we got, I try to stay positive and support him. 9-4 wasn't bad. MSU followed by Troy left distaste, I get it. But, Oeaux did okay this year. I enjoyed watching LSU football again last year and this year, I'll say that. If Oeaux can get through the first 3 seasons and get over the hump like Dabo did, they'll be asking him to be on the set for interviews, commentary, etc.
Key to the game is shutting down the Dawgs ground game and making Fromm try to beat them with his arm. He won't. Bama has the best run defense in the NCAA but if LSU could at least bend them if not break them Chubb and company at least have a Chinaman's chance.
