Really simple. They flat out quit. CP3 was out of his mind and not much you can do when its like that. They got punched in the mouth and they quit.

OKC is hit or miss. Durant can never take a backseat to anyone if they want to compete. Westbrook too but he makes too many stupid decisions. At least they aren't terrible like the Pacers.

Well to be fair with the way CP3 was playing, unless Durant or Westbrook was playing equally out of their mind .... OKC had no chance. Hard to keep fighting when you know your ass is kicked. Why do you think so many good teams up and choked it away to Chicago? They knew they couldn't beat Jordan.

I only watched the 1st quarter and a few minutes of the 2nd quarter of the Clips/OKC last night. I had played full court basketball (outdoor) with a bunch of guys in their early 20s that were all really good Sunday night until after 10 pm. I was in bed early last night and my body is still aching.

Given the Clippers win in game 1, who do you give the edge to in the series and how many games does it go? I keep going back and forth with who I think will win the series so I'm going to say it goes 7. I'm rooting for the Clippers and enjoy watching their bench guys like Crawford and Big Baby. If they get any production from Granger, their bench could really be solid.

Probably the Clippers in 6 but it is hard to count OKC out. So much talent but at the same time far too many variables and they are massively out-coached at the same time. I don't think they will get blown out like this again but if they (OKC) drop game 2 then it is LAC in 5.

I'm with Shane on this. I just don't see Doc not crushing Scotty Don't in coaching, and talent wise it's close to even. Durant is far beyond Griffin but CP3 is better than Westbrook (gap is no where near as large). Coaching is going to decide this series unless Durant channels his inner Kobe/Jordan and says YOU CAN'T BEAT ME.
