the refs are horrible, but i have come to expect it. the superstars get preferential treatment, and it was clear last night, the refs blew some calls for the lakers, and i only watched the first and 4th quarter, but the officiating in the first was all going the lakers way. Dontay Jones had 4 fouls in the first 10 minutes of the game. Guess who he was on.

towards the end of the game, the nuggets were getting favorable calls. It sucks because this is the only sport, where the refs totally control the game. Football there are blown calls, but for the most part, bad calls dont determine the outcome that often, it does happen, but not nearly as much as the damn NBA.

whats in the best interest of the NBA. The fix is on, but it cant be obvious, so the Nuggets may stand a chance.

Don't forget Kobe turning his back to Billups on the inbound at the end of the first half.

Chauncey went playground and bounced the ball off Kobe's backside. That was classic!

unreal yo. one of the top 5 shots of all time. lebron gonna make me a believer.

one question though. how do they allow the only person capable of making that shot make the catch. is stan van ron jeremy still drinking his pepsi oblivious to the game.

wow no one else on that entire roster yet hes single covered and makes the shot. incredible shot but cmon.

I agree. Tackle him, maim him, harm him, do anything but let him get the 3 off.

    A MJ moment.

At the very least, they should have gotten in the face of the guy in bounding the ball. Cut off the angles to the three point area in and forced the ball to be thrown in closer to half court if at all possible.

Instead, LJ does a simple juke to shake off his defender and the guy has a clear path to throw the ball into him for what was pretty much an uncontested shot.

I am pulling for the Magic, but I had to cheer that shot. Man, that is exciting and if he did that for years to come then I'd be a huge fan. I HATED MJ, but he sure was exciting to watch, especially in the playoffs. I guess I have come to appreciate him more as time has passed. I would love to watch a player again that even compares to MJ.

That's the first thing that came to my mind, MJ moment. How classic that MJ twice hit buzzer beaters in that building to end a Cavs season.

LJ is simply amazing! Best player in the game, period!

How could you hate MJ? He was the ultimate professional. He played for the absolute love of the game. He wasn't driven by money like most athletes today.

I was lucky enough to see him play live 3 times, once hitting a buzzer beater to win the game. He's by far my favorite athlete of all time.

Like I said, I have come to appreciate him as time has passed.

Back then though, he just kept driving daggers through my heart. :hihi:
