I just got a call from Urban Meyer. He and the Gators are scared to death of LSU's running attack.:tigereye:

Les needs to buy a Powerball ticket or go to the boat tonight. That is about as lucky as a team can get. Believe me, I take a win, but we are far from deserving of our ranking.

    Wow Good job defense.

    What a goal line stand.

I am exhausted mentally and physically.

Winning ugly but it is a win.

Just one year would like the D and offense play good, How has our line went south so quickly?
State has always been good on the line ( on both sides), but we have not really dominated anyone. State always has those big ole cornbread boys ,that aint nothin new, but surely we knew that coming in to this game. I'll blame it on the weather.
We won so it counts, you guys have a great week and Stay Safe, see you at Fla. game GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO TIGGGGGGGGGGGGERS

We improve every game, but there are things we have to clamp down on and work on if we plan to beat Florida this year.D made alot of great plays today and its what it is.We have to stop missing tackles, and opening that virgin hole, we need to put lockdown on D:tigereye:

    Geaux Tigers

We need to fix the interior line somehow but Jefferson had a hell of a game. So much for not being able to throw the deep ball in an actual game theory.

One of the greatest goalline stands I have seen in a long time.

Chad Jones is making some key plays like he did his true freshman year. Defense has stepped up from the 1st game. The offense still needs to help them out with a running game to give the D some rest. Offense is limited with no interior control on passing plays as well. Only so much you can do.

Surprised to see Pep out there today in the 2nd half.

Didn't they have another goalline stand earlier this season that stopped the opposing team from scoring. Boy, they sure dodged a bullet, but great effort by the defense.

Jefferson seems to be better protected in the passing situation in this game. Running game is a serious problem. Seems like they have to rely on the passing game to loosen up the running game!

Has anyone counted how many batted down passes by the LSU - D today?
