Cali really is stupid. We passed a prop yesterday eliminating the choice of free plastic bags at retail grocers. If you don't bring your own bags, you can buy some of the cheapest, most worthless plastic bags for .10/piece. Thing is....it started TODAY. Lol. I went to the store to pick up a few items and there were no plastic bags. Facking greedy grocers. If they cared at all about the customer, they would have posted a notice and given a week of grace. I carried my groceries out in my hands, no bag. But a minor child has the choice to obtain a legal abortion without parental notification.
