As of now we have 6 commits/signings for WR. Are we switching to play only 7 on 7? With only 1 OT & 1 OG commit we might as well.
We are in trouble in O line recruiting. One of the WRs is likely moving to TE(Jack Bech-kid is built like a molded clay statue). So 4 WRs, and there’s supposed rumors that Nabers May move to CB but that’s probably less likely than not. Also we may be losing one of those WR commits who isn’t signing today (Jojo Earle). We are putting the full court press on Tristan Leigh who was all but set to sign his LOI to OU but put off his signature to February. This is a great sign, but we still don’t lead for him, although we at one point had him all but committed. If we pull Leigh, Maason Smith, and one interior OL, I could care less what we fill in the rest with. Koht is tiger bait. When’s the last time Saban put a pass rusher into the first round?
So we are on another kid named zavier carter? Different spelling but that first one didn't turn out too well if memory serves
I would be ecstatic if we do that, especially if we can hold on to everyone else. If that happens, it will be our highest rates class ever, but we need Leigh and that interior OL for it to be a true win.
Recruiting is just a bunch of whores for the most part now. Whoever pays the whores the most gets um. If the school gets a disease the whores get nervous and go elsewhere. Their are a few with honor but more and more these kids are just whores . Hell Jimbo Fisher is the most overpaid coach in college football. What has he shown at A&M to make anyone think he is that good. They wont make playoff they arnt even that good.
Jaeden Roberts, a huge OG out of Houston just decommitted from Auburn. Would love to snag him and I believe we were on him before he committed.
