LSU now #1 in the 247sports composite ranking and only 2nd to Ohio State in average point value (91.75 vs 91.85). LSU has never finished any higher than a 90.05 avg (2014).
That's all so crazy to me because somehow it feels like this is not holding up to be a great recruiting year. I guess it feels to me that we are having defections, and aren't filling all needs, so the overall rank is somehow surprising.
Well Moses is 2017. We feel great about Divinity being back in this class. I think what stands out is losing a very high ranked QB Franks, so it makes it seem worse that it's the most important need. Something tells me we're going to get the kid committed to Maryland, someway, somehow.

Watching his highlights I like him. He reminds me of Jamarcus and Jameis because of his size and how he easily flicks the ball downfield. He also has experience under center and running zone read which means he should transition into this offense with ease.
Needs at Dline and LB have been addressed pretty well. Wouldn't hurt to add another LB or DL along the way (other than Lawrence) which LSU is still trying to do. But 2017 already looking great in those areas.
I think we feel good about only 3 O-linemen, don't you think, after getting 5 in a stellar class last year?
