Yeah, fortunately there is an ignore feature here, so I'm not fighting a losing battle...as soon as I see certain posters don't understand football or basically just whine like 8 year olds and have nothing of note to add, I won't see their posts anymore. If I wanted revisionist history, I would subscribe to the Putin channel! Harris is NOT being discriminated against. The writers covering LSU have documented his issues and they were ones BTW calling for Jennings to be benched...but after they found out further info, they say the coaches have made the right decisions. It has been immaturity...the lack of work ethic.,..the fact that the LSU players see all of this and want Jennings to start...his lack of knowing the playbook as you mentioned. Oh, and the coaches must be having coffee down the street while the practices are going on and thus these self-proclaimed armchair generals are the real experts here. The ONLY valid point in this entire deal is that I think LSU fans need to keep an eye on Cam Cameron. I was very disappointed he rolled out Studrawa and Crowton's offense...no misdirection....predictable plays, etc. I don't care the % of runs and passes...that is irrelevant. What counts if you run heavily is do you make the defenders hesitate. Pitch backs times after time to run between LT and LG....uh no. But if you mix in read options, crossbucks, flanker sweeps, trick plays like the one in the ND game, those can help a passing game that is underachieving. If he doesn't use the offense in the A&M game more and can't develop QBs/passing game, then he is horribly overpaid at $1.3 million.
What about the guy that has been here 10 years and has had 3 total years of a passing attack worth a damn? Its Cam's fault now?
Just my humble opinion here...there's no such there as this being a bad word... ...unless it describes a player on the field on Saturday's.
I haven't laughed as much at posts on this forum in a loooong time. @lsutiga Odds are 1:100 it'll take less than five posts for you to join this illustrious, and growing, list.
