    Isn't this class and overall the same thing? We've been losing DL in large groups and replacing them at a slower rate. We could use more DE's and DT's

    Not really.

    If LSU didn't get a QB this year, I would not say we were short on QBs in the class, as we have so many on the team. We could have affored to skip a year had we not had someone we liked.

    But if we were short on QB's on the roster could you say the same thing? We've had a lot of attrition due to early departures.

    Yes.

    And maybe some other not so highly touted offensive tackle to fill in that area of need. Not sure if we had a backup plan for losing Kelly.

    but at this point, anything else we can get is gravy... and it's always possible Les has something else he is keeping under his hat...
