the thing that worries me about tolliver (i really dont know much about the guy) but he seems kind of skinny to me at only 205 standing 6'5?....is he too "small" as far as mass to be a bigtime college threat? or is he a deep threat type of receiver?
I notice Noel Devine did not sign with WV. Have we ever talked with him? We need another good running back.
