I think that many people feel the same way. I feel very bad for JL. He stayed at LSU while others transferred. I don't understand why he hasn't seen any playing time other than for some reason JJ is the starter no matter what. The only reason I say this is because JL had such a great season minus 1 game and leads the SEC in passer rating. I would think that would deserve a little more PT. On the other hand...... CLM's sees the players every day in practice. Just maybe JL's confidence hasn't been the same since the Bama game? He isn't getting the reps so maybe he just isn't playing as well. I am giving CLM's the benefit of the doubt, the team is 13-0, he is the coach and knows more about his program than any of us. Just maybe CLM's wants to run the ball and not pass the ball, playing conservative, grinding out the games plays right along with field position, special teams and defense. Why pass if you don't have too. JJ brings the added dimension of a total ground attack. What does it say about our team, being able to do this when the other team knows what is coming? Maybe it has little to do with JL at this point, really! On the positive side..... I wish all fans would consider this, JL and JJ both will be able to say how they both helped QB LSU to an undefeated season and a BCS Championship. This season will be talked about by LSU fans and many others for years to come. They and everyone else will be proud to have witnessed or played a role in such a wonderful year. Life is good when it comes to LSU football. It has never been better, we are all living in the golden age of Tiger Football. Lets all enjoy.....Geaux Tigers!
POST OF THE YEAR Dad's got it figured out here ... A relaxed bunch that aren't worried for their jobs has come together ... united by a tragedy And this LOVE of a tight-knit family has filtered down to the players ... Make no mistake about it, Les is the papa and this staff is tight Krags has had a full year with the system and has made the most of his QBs and the LSU playbook! The 3-headed monster in the Pressbox (Stud/Krags/Chavis) is the secret behind LSU's formula ... This tight knit family is sharing brainpower and making it happen ... thus the quick gametime adjustments that are almost 100% effective The other assistants (on the field and in the offices) complete this team and all of them are doing a bang-up job in 2011 ... No weak links except maybe at personnel at QB ... and that changes in 2012:hihi: We're gonna run the table two years in a row!!! :crystal::crystal: And every coach on this team knows it can be done ... and that ain't never been done before Ain't no coach at LSU gonna walk away from that!!! :geaux:
Again here is that assumption that Lee is doing what is required of him to earn PT. Why is Les necessarily doing something wrong? Would you prefer our coach throw players under the bus so you can have a warm and fuzzy?
