Really? His first tenure with us turned out pretty well and I believe he had a pretty good year in Denver last year until he got hurt - which he very prone to do. Not sure why you think this.
Tracy Porter will always be a Saints fan favorite for obvious reasons. But his time with the Saints, other than the '09 season, was not much to get excited about. His first 3 years, he played 5, 12 and 12 games (14 in his final season). 2009 was the only season he had more than one interception. That was also the only year he went into double digits in passes defensed.
fwiw, per PPF's stats, Tracey Porter was ranked #113-worst out of 115 CBs when it came to the most yards given up per coverage snap last year (Patrick Robinson was #111)
