Former Tiger track star Cyril Grayson talked himself into the Saints rookie camp Friday, and did well enough to receive an offer. Read somewhere that he talked himself into LSU's Pro Day last year and ran a 4.33. Seems to be good at talking and then backing up his mouth with his efforts.
Saints just announced their newest Hall of Fame members. One will irritate some people....name rhymes with Reggie Bush. The other - Marques Colston - is a no doubt.
Michael Thomas is about to become the highest paid WR in the NFL. Pretty soon the Saints are going to have to shell out some big bucks for Lattimore, Kamara and Ramczyk too. Will have to be pretty damn creative with the cap to make it all work and still be able to pay everybody else.
As a Saints fan too, I’ve never figured that out either. Reggie never had a negative yard in the playoffs and I think super bowl during the year they won it all.
Not much for me. But for a lot of fans, he committed the unforgivable sin of failing to live up to other people's expectations for him.
My guess is, by the time those three come up, Brees will be done. That will free up boucoup cap space.

I think 4 years plus a team option for a 5th year is for 1st round picks only. All other rookie contracts are for a year less. Lattimore and Ramczyk were 1st rounders and Kamara a 3rd.
