I'm trying to think it Les ever did. I know we had a close call against some team (it may have also been Troy) one year where we had to score something stupid like 28pts in the 4Q, but Les had the long OOC winning streak so he may be the one exception, unless I'm overlooking one. It doesn't count if it was at Ok St because he wasn't the great coach he grew in to be at LSU.
Gee thanks for giving O a "little time" since we are "stuck" with him. You sound like the guy who will always wish he had ordered the entree the other guy ordered. Try being a good fan and you will deserve a good coach, that coach may be Oeaux if you give him your support. Oeaux will make you eat creaux just as he made me. I am all in after Sat.

O has a couple of shitty losses while being the man at LSU but he also has a cpl good wins, most notably a top 10 W over Auburn. While I feel LSU could have done better in the HC hiring sweepstakes, we have O. I am not going to bad mouth him 6 games in to his first season. But like I did with Miles, I will hold him to accountability where it's warranted, like when he drops games he should never lose. Troy is one of those games and made us a laughing stock for a week. But I am a LSU fan and O is the HC of our program so I will continue to cheer for his success and hope he does well.
Giving a coach time sounds great, but there is so much more to take into consideration. Things have been swirling in Baton Rouge for years and for O to follow the Mississippi State beatdown with a lackluster showing vs Syracuse and a beatdown at the hands of Troy is concerning to any rational observer. Folks across the nation without the fine details of what’s been happening here were asking themselves what is wrong with LSU. If you were squarely behind O following that series of events, I imagine you supported Miles too long and I’m sure you thought Archer, Hallman, and Dinardo were all treated unfairly. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
