Don't worry, Bochy is an idiot.

Williams will give up a couple of big homers, paving the way for an easy Cards victory.

Carpenter will settle down. Padres blew their chance at getting to him with many more runs in that first inning. Series over.

I just hope they announce the firing of Bochy during the game and maybe the Fox announcers can let him in on the news when they do one of them dugout reports featuring the manager. That would be way cool.

See, no fear Cardinals fans, Bochy is a phuckup of a manager

I wonder what Jake Peavy is thinking right about now, with that well rested arm.

Cardinals and their fans, now you can get your proper and well deserved thrashing by the Mets

    Enjoy!

Boy you are very negative about our boys. I will say this, they need to swing the bat better to win this series. Rolen needs to stay on the bench and keep Speizio in the line up. I don't think its over yet. I think if they split at Shea, you never know. I know I'll be pulling for them. Atleast the Cards are there, it could be worse, we could be the Lastros

Lets see, LaRussa will be 1-5 in the NLCS after this shellacking. The one time he actually won, his team embarrassed MLB in the WS.

    Not cool.

    Don't forget the 80's

In '83, his White Sox, heavily-favored, lost the ALCS to the eventual WS champ Orioles

In '88 his heavily-favored A's lost the WS to the Dodgers IN FIVE.

In '90, his heavily-favored A's lost the WS to the Reds IN FIVE.

In '92 his heavily-favored A's lost the ALCS to the eventual WS champ Blue Jays

3-2 in the ALCS, but 1-2 in the WS.

    1 for 6 ain't all that.

You gotta wonder what hand he had in administering the steroids to his players back then.

The national league has been embarassed the last two years. I will agree that TLR is an awful post season manager. The Lastros and the Cards have been embarassed the last two WS. I have a hunch whoever makes it there will be embarassed again this year

Don't compare what the Astros did vs. the Cards these past two WS. Not even close. The Astros had chances to win all 4 games, could have easily gone their way, it just wasn't meant to be. It was 2 evenly matched teams that played the same kinda ball. They made the key hits, we didn't.

The Cardinals couldn't pitch, couldn't hit, and couldn't field.
