    Rather than "addition by subtraction", I'd rather see true addition. Nothing against Gonzales, I just want to be sure that he is ready for the promotion and can prove himself to be able to recruit very well.

    If so, great! If not, let's hire an OC that can not only coach with the best of them but can also recruit like there is no tomorrow.

    I heard this from a friend of mine close to the program. I don't know if he is right, and I know none of this is confirmed, just what I'm hearing right now.
