And he's ending both wars, did you think it would take only a week or two? Libya was not a war for us, just airpower support for a Libyan revolution. Anybody can see the difference. Obama did good in Libya, played it exactly right. But your blind hatred can't let you acknowledge this. You give him no credit for taking out terrorists, and instead criticize him for it.

In fact the entire Constitution describes the organization of the government, which is a group, you know. It is the Bill of Rights which established the rights of individual citizens, but it does not exclude the duties of government nor the rights of groups.

The first amendment gives people the right to assemble and petition the government. That a group right, my friend.

The second amendment states that the people have a right to a militia and to bear arms. Another group right.
