Obama did nothing when the uprising in Iran happened, he didn't support the Iranian people in their time of need the way he did for the overthrow of Democracies in Egypt, Libya and other countries. There have been reports of Christians being killed and run out of those countries along with terrorists and Islamists taking over in such countries. It was called the Arab Spring.
What is new here is that we have a president in place, a very dangerous man, a man who is president of the country and yet he encourages illegal activity such as occupation movement around the country. You have the right to assemble BUT you don't have the right to occupation. I don't believe he has or will denounce violence, He looks as this country as the problem. We know his reaction to the police that responded to that professor breaking in his house. He also is divisive and uses harsh language, he was going to be a uniter and have transparency but its quite the opposite.
What is insane to me is that people are still ignoring this very bad man in the White House, his divisiveness and his executive orders because he can't wait for congress, he is going around the constitution at every chance he gets.
Just like the Health Care bill process, reconciliation instead of normal procedures.
NO, you asked me about this lawless bunch, it was in response to my first comments you asked about.
Denver Post is a Liberal source, they are more liberal than any sources but I will leave it at that. If we are going to argue over sources again I'll just leave, no point in having a conversation.
This is preposterous, Obama is no where near the middle compared to Romney or a few others. This tells everyone right where you are politically.
Obama has done nothing to improve domestic policies and his foreign policies seem disputable at best, doesn't sound good either. Obama says he can't raise taxes, it would harm the economy no he wants to raise them? Where to start with all of this.
I think this is the most Important part of this whole conversation.
I think you ignore Obama's past, his friends, college associates, mentors, they weren't capitalists they were Marxists, Socialists. He talks in his book about being behind enemy lines in his book while working in a private job.
In his Cairo speech he also said no country should be a super power or one be over another which means he has and IS working on making this nation a nation of decline while China is rising.
He is dismantling our defenses, missiles, super committee about to take military down to size.
This man has no business being the US President in the first place.
Sure he has had some successes but so did Bush BUT, Guantanamo, war in Iraq, Afghanistan is still going on. Matter of fact, how many soldiers have been killed since Obama has taken over, announced we are leaving? Seems like a terrible loss of life for no good reason. I was also referring to many policies adopted by this administration such as the Patriot Act also, I know there is more I'm just not gonna look it up right now.
NO, Jim Diment is a conservative, conservatives aren't for Big government, big spending. Bush was only social conservative when talking about issues such as abortion.
There is a fight inside the Republican party right now over the nominee for president because of this, there are many liberal republicans who have started to adopt some of the policies of the left such as big government, spending, Global warming.
NO, there are many factions on both sides that are flawed. I stand only with the founders, individual liberty and freedom.
    haha:grin:

Well I think Obama does control the government more so than any other president. He is issuing executive orders for things he can't get to pass in Congress and is saying he can't wait around for Congress.
He also couldn't get his green energy plan passed in a Democrat controlled Congress, he had everything to do it legally but failed so by executive order he now has the EPA implement the policy.

Obama panel can put Americans on 'kill list'

Website encourages people to report ill-spoken words against Obama | The Independence Times

It was more of an analogy but it does make sense when put it in context with the information I have provided. Bottomline I have no trust in Obama, I think he is a bad person for many reasons that we have learned over the years, I think he would abolish the Constitution and the Bill of Rights if he could and write his own laws and become dictator in chief. Once again he doesn't care about the process, he only cares about the end result.
I can't say that about any other president I have known at least in my lifetime.

We are in the middle of two wars, what would you have done, invade Iran? The smart thing to do is what Obama did, drive the Iranians apart by covertly supporting their dissidents and not driving them together by attacking them, despite the provocation by Ahmanutjob trying to get us to do something like that. You would have us play right into his hands. Now, he's at odds with both the young students and with the religious establishment. There is another revolution about to happen in Iran and the smart thing to do is to let it hapen and encourage it, which is exactly what we are doing. Iran is not threat to us and will self-destruct soon.

What a load of crap! Egyptian and Libyan democracies???? :insane: There is not a democracy anywhere in the Arab world including our friends, the Saudis. This is the kind of foolishness you are promoting here. Do you seriously think Quadaffi was anything but a dictator?

You claim to honor the Constitution, but you claim now that freedom of speech and right to assembly are illegal. Once again, you don't seem to know what you are talking about.

    In your imagination.

I think you are too far to the right to understand what a moderate position is. Moderates elected Obama, you know and they will reelect him based on what the GOP is offering right now.

    Name a bad foreign policy.

I think you ignore that he is actually the President and you ignore what he has actually done. Involing guilt by association, you keep insisting that he must be like acquaintances from the past. There is not a shred of evidence that he is a Marxist or a communist. Not a shred.

Only he never said that, you made it up. He never once mentioned China, he never once said that no country should be a superpower, and obviously never said that he is "working to make the US a nation in decline." That is so absurd. HERE is the text of his Cairo speech, show us where he said those things.

Here is what he said about America . . .

"Just as Muslims do not fit a crude stereotype, America is not the crude stereotype of a self-interested empire. The United States has been one of the greatest sources of progress that the world has ever known. We were born out of revolution against an empire. We were founded upon the ideal that all are created equal, and we have shed blood and struggled for centuries to give meaning to those words – within our borders, and around the world. We are shaped by every culture, drawn from every end of the Earth, and dedicated to a simple concept: E pluribus unum: "Out of many, one."

And finally, just as America can never tolerate violence by extremists, we must never alter our principles. 9/11 was an enormous trauma to our country. America will defend itself respectful of the sovereignty of nations and the rule of law."

Bullchit, the US military has been downsized by Congress and every President ever since the end of the Cold War. We can't afford to maintain a military like that anymore with no corresponding threat. We have not lost military capability, the military is smaller, but stronger, has better logistics, and extremely high technology.

If he had pulled out without ending it properly you would be object even louder. You actually criticize Obama for what you praised Bush for.

Whats the matter, you not a Patriot anymore? Again it is a Congressional Act, not a Presidential decree.

Bush was the leader of the Republican part, he is conservative through and trough and the party supported him 100%. All knowledgeable people know this.

What in the world is a liberal Republican. Can you list some?

The founders stood for a lot more than that. They established a central government Of the People. Note that people is plural. We were never supposed to be everyman for himself. We are supposed to be all in this together.

U.S. Presidents have issued executive orders since 1789. There are about 15,000 of them. Every president and Obama is no different.

Did you read the article? This article is objecting to Obama ordering the killing of Al Awlaki, the most dangerous living terrorist. He was born an American, but according to the Constitution, when you take up arms against America, you forfeit your American citizenship. The only Americans that a President can put on a "kill list" are terrorists and former citizens fighting a war against the United States. Whose side are you on?

Even thought there is absolutely no evidence of this? Amigo, you have taken counsel of your fears.

I never did say invade or attack, I pointed out Obama didn't support the Iranian uprsing the way he did in Egypt and Libya.
But maybe we should have attacked from the air since we did that in Libya.
I think his actions and lack of along with his statements prove he is a Muslim in Sheep's clothing.
They weren't true democracies, maybe I should have qualified what I said.
They were friendly to Democracies and other countries unlike Islamic states.
Just wait until Egypt or Libya turn out to be Islamic States or run by terrorists.
I never said that, you have the right to assemble not to occupy, tents, live there on a temporary basis. It is also Illegal to camp in those areas or the police would not have moved out the Occupiers.
That is insane, I admit moderates help elect Obama but it was anybody but a Republican, just because moderates or people vote for Obama doesn't mean he is moderate, he is probably the most liberal person EVER to make it to president.
Just wait until Egypt or Libya backfires. How about not going in front of Congress like the law states he was suppose to do.
There is plenty of evidence suggesting Obama isn't a capitalist either.
Again, he felt like an person behind enemy lines when he had a regular job.
That doesn't seem like the American way to me, I think he was Anti-American and Anti-Capitalist views.
The TSA has moved their expanded illegal searches from airports to states.
You are suppose to be innocent until proven guilty. More Illegal activities done by your Marxist brother, we really aren't that far from a dictator.
Wait until trouble starts once the financial systems collapse or Obama's Occupation movement gets out of hand.
No, I didn't explain it clearly, that is not what I meant.
I will tell you once again that I don't make things up, its been years and I try and recall some of this from memory so I don't always get it exactly right.
I don't have to make things up and I don't.
I didn't mean he said China, I have heard with my own ears that Obama said in an overseas speech, That no nation should be in power or lead the world.
I will find it in time so give me some time on this.
Why can't we afford to spend money on our military, be cuts coming up with this committee. I agree and disagree with you here at the same time.
Spending is out of control, you have given Obama a pass for this along with the policies like the Patriot Act that you objected too during the Bush Administration.
I don't know what that suppose to mean but you made it up.
Obama campaigned on ending both wars, criticized Bush for starting them and he started one himself wo addressing Congress, Libya and now we are in another African country, Consultants there but that is how Vietnam started.
He also ran on Unity and transparency, What happened?
Why don't you ever criticize him?
What? I don't agree and that makes me not a patriot? What the hell?
Romney, big government, Romney Care? But then again you are so far to the left as you have shown the last post I do see where you are coming from.
Conservatives don't believe in nationalization of Healthcare and other services.
Again, you don't understand what I was saying, I never said every man for himself. Go read the constitution, it talks about individual liberty and freedom not groups rights.

He is a lot different than any president we have had before.
Yes I read the article, the problem is this president. I don't trust him.
I think he would make a good dictator, I'll put it that way.
Organizing Occupation protests or at least a nod or wink, labor unions, communists, socialists, recreate 68, It all leads to Obama.
This president does want to transform the country to something other than America, he won't be re-elected BUT he isn't done with what he wants to do.
Again my beliefs are spun off of what others have said such as the Democrat from Michigan talking about counceling next years elections.
Well according to Obama I am the enemy, he said so himself.
The other side is the enemy, hand to hand combat, people sticking to their guns and religion which I think proves he isn't a christian at all.
Websites to report anyone who disagrees with Obama.
I hope you are correct here but I have been fairly accurate so far with Obama in office, Jimmy Carter number 2, the economy and policies, Americans taken hostages around the globe, I think they all recently have been released finally. Foreign policy remains to be seen.
I don't put nothing past this man after having little babies and children molested at airports in the name of security.
Security my ass, twelve people just went through the line that weren't molested. TSA now setting up roadblocks or stopping traffic in states.
This is shades of dictator in chief.

Yes. Any defense of Obama and his failed administration would be hard to read. We're now a year away from the "get your ass out of the White House" party.
