Where was that at LSU? He was here 3 years and we never saw any of that.

I know, it doesn't make sense as to where the rage has come from. I just know this isn't the first time he has acted like this. Not to this end with the head shot launch, but he has thrown punches after the play. It's not a good look.

I think he is being targeted. He has been on the other end of some dirty shit, and he is just regressing to natural instinct. What he has to understand though is his ability to perform would shut them up. You saw Norman's reaction when he got scored on, he acted like a baby. That's how you get em.

As for Finnegan, I've never liked him. He has always been a loud mouth punk. And Josh Norman is already a dirty player, so they can go fuck themselves.

Odell said that one thing he admires about Jarvis Landry is how absolutely physical he is as a player and OBJ wanted to adopt that into his game. The other thing? Josh Norman and Cam Newton fought each other in training camp. The fight went to the ground. They had to be pulled apart..

    There's video there.

Cortland Finnegan is a notorious thug and even got under one of the most mild-mannered and classy wide receivers you will ever find in Andre Johnson..

    Here's video:

Guess who Cortland plays for now?

I can't really fault the Panthers for having guys like Norman and Finnegan who play aggressively, on-the-edge and often over. If you don't get caught, it is effective. Remember the Saints D under G Williams. While nothing was ever proven, there was at least an attitude to those defenses. If you can get under the skin of the offense and maintain your own composure, why not? It often works, whether we as fans like it or not.

Yup, but Gregg's defenses also were undisciplined at times. The aggression did work in 2009, but it cost the Saints in the playoff loss at San Francisco later. It's not an excuse for what Odell did, but I can understand the opening mentality. Especially when he stared directly at the ref and Norman bodyslammed OBJ with no repercussion. The officials failed on every level. It never should have escalated.

And another thing how is Odell a bitch when he just fought back? He wasn't taking any of their bullshit and he fought thuggery with thuggery.

Shows perfectly why Beckham acted the way he did, he was basically cool on these first 2 plays and it was obvious the refs weren't gonna do shit about it. Throw in the bats and we're gonna beat the shit out of you, and the gay slurs. You notice those bitch ass corners stopped when Beckham started fighting back right?
