I love how the one making accusations of sniping is the person calling one an idiot and a coward. Beautifully illustrates why he is not worthwhile of a dignified response to his "questions."

You should watch the press conference that Obama did to day, He addressed all issues and answered questions from the press. The government has been a lot more involved in laying down the law to BP than has been revealed before and there is definitely a chain of command. And there has been an overall incident manager named.

the risk here is not that the president will do too little, but that he will do too much. we should be careful when we clamor for action from the government.

Well you had it there for a moment, but slipped right back into your non-comprehension.
Then you ignore reality. As usual.
    Really? They agree with this?
    Talk about ignoring reality.
Well I knew he wouldn't miss an opportunity to look backward and point.

Yeah, in light of those quotes, I can see why you would think the people in the gulf think exactly like you do. :insane:

i was pointing out that the residents agree with me and dont care about obama's approval rating or cheerleading, which is what you claimed was his failure when i first asked. thats why i asked for real policy failures. perhaps he has failed in terms of policy, thats why i asked.

try to be smart the first time, that way you wont have to take me wildly out of context to save face.

use my quotes honestly, like this:

Yes it is his failure, though you insist it isn't. If the fed has really been in control of the situation(which it hasn't), as Obama now claims, his job is to articulate what the fed is doing to make things better = cheerleading. And planning a vacation instead of appearing to take control of the oil spill is a failure of his to acknowledge the blowback of pubic opinion. Doesn't matter if you think it's unimportant for him to reassure Americans, much less Louisianans, it is his job.

You can keep going round and round in an attempt to make yourself look intelligent but I have literally ground your position in to dust. There is no further point to be made. But I see that having the last word is critical to you so by all means, knock yourself out.

I'll be the first to admit that the amount of detail he gave in response to each and every question was astounding.
