You have listed absolutely nothing. I am assuming that you are referencing the non-scandal at the IRS about your beloved Tea Party but we now know that there was no singling out of the Tea Party, that Progressive terms were singled out as well and, furthermore, the guy who supposedly did the singling out is a conservative Republican who would have absolutely no motive to start picking off his own. The business owners rights have not been violated either. The law does not state that a business owner must provide insurance to their employees but that they must incur a fee if they do not provide the option of health care.....if they have over 50 employees. This is no different than you having the right to NOT pay your taxes, but there is also a penalty for doing so. Stop acting like this is such a moral violation of rights. New Yorker's guns? Really? You do realize that the law you are referencing is a state law that has absolutely nothing to do with the federal government whatsever? You also realize that the law was enacted before Obama became President? Not to mention the fact that NY is probably the most liberal state in the union so it shouldn't come as any surprise that they would enact such legislation.
So where will the businesses get the extra money to provide this free insurance? And "fee" is just another term for tax. Like oil companies that get tax breaks are" subsidized". Green companies that receive tax money, "stimulus". And does a states constitution supercede the US Constitution? Seems like NY's violates the 2nd Amendment to me.

Executive Order pushing The Unaffordable Care Act back another year. Oct 2014 instead of this October. The bill, so important, that it had to be passed before anyone could read it. The one that forces businesses with 50+ employees to provide health insurance, or pay a tax. The same one that will force citizens to buy insurance, or pay another tax. The same bill that is behind the reasons for companies to layoff or cut back on workers hours, in order to circumvent it. Barry must be scared his ensuing train wreck will hurt democrats up for reelection. If its already law. How can he exec order around it? Doesn't sound legal. If he can pick and choose what laws to enforce, or not. I think I should be able to myself. After all, he's already cost us taxpayers 1.4 billion for vacations. Forward!!
