I guess you didn't read this part. Short attention span perhaps.

Daqduq was recently ordered freed by an Iraqi court because of insufficient evidence. The case will automatically be appealed, and he will remain imprisoned until the case is heard in superior court.

    or this . . .

Officials in the military commissions system in the United States have begun procedures to charge Daqduq with war crimes

maybe he is a a mexican alien from pluto.

what is interesting about your questions is not the questios themselves, but the question of whether i should feel sorry for you or not.

Look. Obama could cut a baby's throat on love television and there are people that would defend him. It wouldnt matter if unemployment hit 9 or 10 percent between now and November. There are people that would defend his policies. When you look at the numbers, job growth is shit. The recovery is worse than the 10 yrs after WW2. People are being dropped from unemployment because they can't find work over what ? 99 weeks ? he's doing his best to get amnesty for illegals. His policies are forcing people to buy a product and suing states because they are trying to enforce immigration laws. He has no business experience and hasn't even met with his so called job creators this year. He's throwing executive orders around like he's a king. Obama is proof that the educational system in this country has failed and that there are more people out there that think being successful is a bad thing than there are people that want to succeed. And why is it that if it comes from a " Right" wing sight it's bullshit but when it comes from the " Liberal" sights it's the honest truth?

Since your so knowledgeable about what internet sites are worthy , or not worthy . I went in to the article, and as you will see there is an edit button at the bottom of the article . In which any person with a memory span such as
you claim to have can go in and edit anything on wikipedia. Although I did not save the changes made to the article and left the original in tact, You will clearly see that i can put anything I choose, and save it , and you would believe it because its what you want to believe. Read below the Red highlighted info I put in on the site as an edit and had i submitted it , it would read just as I wrote it . Hows that Chief.............

And what's the deal with Snopes? Snopes is owned by a couple that contributed to the Obama campaign. So you know they're some left leaning wing nuts.
