A poll released this week by the Small Business Health Care Consortium, showed 63 percent of Illinois small businesses want to see Obama's Health Care Law upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court with “minor or no changes.” The poll, conducted by the Washington-based Small Business Majority as part of a larger poll of small-business owners in eight states, indicated that only 22 percent of Illinois small-business owners want the 2010 law overturned. In the larger poll, 50% of small businesses support the Health law with only 33% wanting it overturned. Before the Tea Party grabbed control of the House of Representatives in the 2010 elections, Obama was able to get his agenda passed to help small business and the Republicans in Congress voted against every single one of them, including a new tax credit for hiring unemployed workers, bonus depreciation tax incentives to support new investment, 75 percent exclusion of small business capital gains, expansion of limits on small business, and passed the small business jobs bill: Tax cuts, loans backed through the Small Business Administration (SBA) and loans backed by the Treasury Department through the newly credited Small Business Lending Fund.

A few weeks back a guy killed a lady in another state. I found out that he had been arrested months before for DWI, he was found to be here in the states Illegally. So I made a call and talked with someone I know. Once he got the DWI, paperwork was done, we was given to ICE for deportation, an ICE, released him. Yep, released him.
