Michigan and Pennsylvania, both of which are listed as swing states, are well out side of the margin of error so they should be listed in the Obama column. They listed North Carolina for Romney but Obama is polling better in Michigan and Pennsylvania than Romney is in NC, yet they still list these as swing states. So, the actual count here should be 237 to 206.

Further, the remaining swing states are currently polling as such: (this is an average of all polls for each respective state averaged over the last seven days) Keep in mind that this will not reflect any bounce that Obama gets from the last debate which will likely yield him a 1-2 point bounce.
