    It has helped immensely. Egypt has lined up beside us to fight in Desert Storm. They have not threatened Israel or closed to Suez to our navy or supported Hamas. They buy US weapons to replace their old Soviet weapons. They are the biggest Arab country and they have been American allies since 1975.

    Our biggest ally in the Middle East is Israel and today Obama told them to go phuck themselves.

    He told them what every President has told them . . . Palestine has to give up thoughts of eliminating Israel and Israel must give back the West Bank.

    Israel will never go back to the 1967 lines. Bush knew that and Obama knows that. Obama told Israel he would never recommend that and then that's what he did. Bush is irrelevant here. He's not the President. What Bush did does not excuse Obama's ineptness at foreign policy. He fkd up big time here. You can suck his dick until the cows come home and it won't make him a good American President.

    Obama told Israel nothing that they haven't heard from every President before him. Israel has always known that they wouldn't keep the West Bank forever. You are manufacturing an issue.

    I think Red is too short sighted with foreign aid. It may help short term. But long term, never.

    It was reported that Obama assured Netenyahu in private discussions that the 1967 lines would not be "suggested" by his administration. As the Israeli PM boarded the flight to the US, he learned that Obama was a lying MFer and he was pissed.

    BS. Your answer is as non responsive as any of mine. You routinely respond with the "you made it up" BS. Obama should know that Israel's non-negotiable stance on the issue is that the 1967 borders would leave Israel
    in a non-defensible position. If he doesn't know that then shame on him. If he does know it and he did it anyway, then he's a horrible leader.

    Who reported it? When? Where? That is what I am asking. You have a tendency to make things up.

    First, that ain't the issue. The issue is whether Obama said anything new that constitutes "telling Israel to fugg off". And he did not. He reiterated the same consistent US message that previous presidents did. Even the right-wing spinners are saying this and trying to make it look like he's just aping Bush. You are completely out in right field.

    Secondly, the borders do not leave Israel indefensible. They never did, obviously. Israel won every war. Jordan no longer even claims the West Bank and is no threat to Israel even if they did. The Palestinians are no military threat to Israel at all, just a terrorist threat.

    he clearly understands more about it than you do. You just can't stand it when he leads as he is doing and has done consistently for two years.

    You guys are missing the whole point. Where the F does Obama get off telling Israel where Israel's borders lay?

    Not to mention we give 3x more aid to Israel's enemies. Good friend we are..
